Is it necessary to visit the dentist before the treatment?

it is best NOT to see the hygienist as this can cause some tooth sensitivity as this can create some short term sensitivity around the teeth and gums. it always necessary to visit the dentist regularly and having white teeth still is no substitute for good dental health care.  Getting laser tooth whitening will be worthless if you are not taking the steps to maintain the health of your teeth. Be sure to brush at least three times each day, and floss after you eat. Food getting stuck between the teeth can cause decay. If you are going to drink acidic soda pops, be sure to drink as much water afterward.

The acidity of soda pop does horrible things to your teeth. Furthermore, teach these procedures to your children at a very young age. Impress upon them how important their dental health is. Tell them how beautiful they are when they smile, and then lead in with what they need to maintain such perfection.
